  • Emily Cook, DO

    Emily Cook, DO

    Dr. Emily Cook graduated from Midwestern College of Osteopathy in Arizona in 2012. She then completed Family Medicine Residency in Wilmington North Carolina in 2015 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Following this she ended up in Ogden Utah in clinical medicine where she then went on to study and obtain her Boards in Obesity Medicine. Over the last few years to spend more time with her daughter, she has branched out into Telehealth and has become licensed in 32 states. Her current passion is developing and maintaining lasting relationships with patients, and helping them achieve health and lifestyle goals. She is an advocate for access to care, time spent with providers, and developing partnerships for long term wellness. When she is not being a doctor, you can find her painting, reading, playing with her dogs, or being a mom.

  • Nikki Oliver

    Nikki Oliver, MS, APRN, AGACNP-BC, CWON

    Nikki Oliver is a board certified adult geriatric acute care nurse practitioner who received her medical education and training at Winona State University in Rochester, Minnesota. She also has a Master’s degree in nursing education. She has 15+ years of nursing experience in medical detox and wound care. As a nurse practitioner, she currently provides primary and acute care to patients in their home who have multiple chronic illnesses. She also provides telehealth services for patients on disability due to multiple chronic medical and mental illnesses. Growing up in rural northern Minnesota, she saw firsthand the inequalities in access to health care and is passionate about providing care to all patients, regardless of location or status.

  • Dr. Mekeesha McClure

    Dr. Mekeesha McClure, DNP, PMHNP-BC, ANP-BC

    Dr. Mekeesha McClure is a double-boarded practitioner with certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and as well as Adult Nurse Practitioner. Dr. McClure has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner for 15 years, with a master’s degree from Vanderbilt University and a Doctorate Degree from Walden University. Dr. McClure has vast experience from working with various populations and taught in university education programs. She also served as enlisted in Air Force as a Flight Medic during Operation Enduring Freedom. Dr. McClure presently provides mental health services with Forefront Telecare.

  • Nanci Klocke, MA LPCC

    Nanci Klocke, MA LPCC

    Nanci Klocke is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor who received her master’s degree in psychology and counseling from Saint Mary’s University. Nanci has experience working with adults as well as families that struggle with being able to live the life that they desire due to mental health challenges. Nanci has also had experience working as a case manager with people with co- occurring disabilities. Nanci has knowledge of community resources that help support an individual’s desire for independence. Nanci uses a skills-based approach (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) in therapy sessions, where generalization of skills increases a person’s ability to feel confident in their environment. Other areas of expertise include grief and bereavement and treating trauma (trained in Prolonged Exposure Treatment and Accelerated Resolution Treatment).

    Kristin Beety is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience in providing talk therapy to individuals of all ages. Specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and narrative therapy, Kristin is committed to helping her clients navigate life’s challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals. With a collaborative and strengths-based approach, Kristin works closely with individuals to foster understanding, build resilience, and create positive change. She helps to empower individuals to identify and challenge negative thought patterns, explore their strengths and resources, and rewrite their life narratives to create meaningful and lasting transformation. Kristin’s therapeutic style combines skill-building techniques with a deep understanding of emotional processing, allowing her clients to develop practical strategies for managing stress, overcoming obstacles, and achieving greater fulfillment in their lives.

    Connie Daramola, LPCC-LPC

    Connie is a dually Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC, LPC) in Minnesota and New Jersey with over 20 years of experience working with adults and geriatric clients in several diverse settings promoting a holistic approach to counseling by addressing, emotional, physical, mental, and social needs. She promotes growth by offering a safe, accepting atmosphere so that you can feel heard, validated, and empowered. Connie states, “It takes courage to take the first steps towards change. I approach therapy with a variety of therapeutic techniques including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychoeducation, mindfulness, trauma-informed, and more. I have published two journals; Emotions Justified and Emotions Justified Relationships. We have all been through life’s challenges, most times not of our own making. Everyone can change if they want to, by changing our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.”

    Emily Adams is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) who received her master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Emily has experience working with adults, children and families supporting progress with their mental health goals and staying alongside them on their healing journey. Emily has worked with adults with serious and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders, trauma history and developmental delays in various settings. She was a case manager for over 10 years, and she is knowledgeable about community resources and understanding of how identity and access can impact one’s ability to obtain helpful support. Emily believes in a person-centered approach, which holds the understanding that integrating a person’s individual’s strengths, self awareness and cultural identity are essential in making progress towards their unique goals for therapy. Emily takes an eclectic approach in therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities to best support a person’s needs. Some of the approaches she uses are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, ADDRESSING model, Motivational Interviewing and body based regulation tools such as mindfulness. Emily focuses on creating a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental environment for individuals to feel comfortable, safe and heard.
